Terms
What you are buying, what the software does to your machine, and the limits of what can be promised.
1. What is actually being sold
- A one-time purchase of a software licence, at $29. Not a subscription, not a service, not hosting. All 1.x updates included; 2.0 is a paid upgrade, discounted for owners.
- It runs on your machine. It invokes
git,gh,xcodebuild,gradleand the Claude CLI locally. The one server of ours it talks to delivers the paid part of the software to a machine with an activated key; nothing you build passes through it. - You can read what runs. The free part ships with the TypeScript it was built from; the paid part arrives compiled, as plain, signed files on your machine. Editing your copy changes nothing until it is compiled, a signed file that was changed is not run, and an update replaces it.
- No repository content is transmitted to us. The outbound requests are listed in the privacy notice, and each one is triggered by something you do.
- It writes into repositories you point it at — workflows, configuration, documentation,
and state under
.launchpad/. That is the whole point, and it is also the main risk to disclose. - It can cause you to spend money indirectly — CI minutes, and AI usage if you enable the overnight worker.
2. Licence
A perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the software on machines you own or control, for your own projects and those of your employer or clients. The licence does not expire. Updates: all 1.x updates included; 2.0 is a paid upgrade, discounted for owners. Activation is limited to a stated number of machines; release one before moving it to another.
You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute it, or publish its source in whole or substantial part. You may read it, modify your own copy, and take it apart to understand what it does to your machine — that is encouraged, not merely permitted, and the source is shipped to you precisely so that you can. Your modifications are yours and are not supported; an update overwrites the installed copy.
3. What it does to your repositories
Every change it makes is a file in a git repository. Nothing is written outside the directories you register, and nothing is deleted that git cannot restore. Use version control, and commit or stash work you care about before running it against a repository. That is ordinary practice, and it is also your protection.
4. The overnight worker
The overnight worker is an opt-in beta, off by default, enabled per project. When enabled it runs an AI agent unattended against that repository and will commit — and in push mode, push — code no human has reviewed. It requires a gate command that must pass first. You are responsible for the gate being a real check, for the branch it may write to, for reviewing what it produced, and for any AI or CI costs it incurs. Do not enable it where an unreviewed commit would cause harm.
5. Third-party services and costs
The pipelines it configures use GitHub Actions, Apple, Google, Cloudflare, Vercel, Firebase and others. You need your own accounts, you agree to their terms, and you pay their charges — CI minutes, developer programme fees, AI usage. We do not resell, mark up or control any of them, and their prices can change without notice to you or to us. Where a cost is named in the product or on this site, it is an estimate to help you decide, not a quote.
6. No warranty
Provided "as is". It automates deployment configuration; it does not guarantee that any app will build, pass review, be accepted by any store, or reach any user. We do not warrant that a store will approve your app, that a pipeline will succeed on your codebase, or that a readiness check reflects any store's current requirements. Store requirements change and are theirs, not ours.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost data, lost app-store standing, the cost of substitute tooling, third-party charges you incurred, or damage arising from code committed by the overnight worker.
Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you bought as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

9. Support
Best-effort, from one person, through the public issue tracker. There is no response-time guarantee and no support contract. What genuinely helps: the output of the version and doctor commands, and the failing command. What cannot be offered: help with your application code, your third-party accounts, or store review outcomes.
10. Changes
Terms may change for future purchases. The terms you bought under continue to apply to your licence.
