Ship your Flutter app to the App Store and Google Play
launchpad ships both apps from one project. The iOS app goes to TestFlight for your testers and on to the App Store, and the Android app goes to your testers with the bundle Google Play asks for. launchpad signs both apps, and you submit them for review yourself.
Flutter gives you an iPhone app and an Android app from one codebase. Launching it gives you two of everything else: two store accounts, two review queues, two groups of testers and two release builds to keep signed.
launchpad does that part with one command in Claude Code. It reads your project, sets up both apps the same way, and shows them on one dashboard beside the few steps only you can take, like paying the store fees.
What launchpad sets up for a Flutter app
The production checklist has 36 items that apply to a Flutter app. launchpad sets up each one, or checks it and keeps it on your dashboard until it passes.

Common questions
Do I need a Mac?
For the iPhone app, yes: launchpad builds, signs and uploads it from your Mac. The Android app builds on any computer.
What does it cost?
Apple charges every developer $99 a year and Google charges every developer $25 once. Everything else starts on plans with no charge, and a paid plan is named with its price before you need it. launchpad itself is $49 once, for unlimited projects, and runs on the Claude plan you already have.
Does the Android app go on Google Play?
Your Android app is built in the format Google Play asks for and goes to your testers. You upload it to Google Play yourself, and Google reviews it before it goes public.
